Hong Kong area >>> Free shipping via SF Express.
China, Macau & Taiwan area >>> SF Express freight collect.
International shipping (Rest of world) >>> All international orders are shipped via Standard Hong Kong Post. If you would like to use another specific express, please let us know via email hi@tommy-lai.com.
Normally we ship out the items within 5-10 business days upon payment approval.
International customers are responsible for any customs brokerage fees, import duties, and taxes after the shipment reaches the destination country.
Orders will be shipped according to customer’s specified address. We are not responsible for items delivered to incorrect shipping addresses.
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen merchandise incurred upon shipping.

Returns

If you need to return an item, please email hi@tommy-lai.com as soon as possible with your order number and the item name.
Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery date. If more than 5 days, we will not be accepted and no refunds will be given.
Returned items must be in perfect and unused condition.
All shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you received an incorrect or faulty item, please contact us at hi@tommy-lai.com and include photos of the defect so we can assess the item quickly.
